At Clarius, we stand for responsible and law-abiding behaviour. In order to live up to this claim, we offer all employees, partners and service providers the opportunity to report possible misconduct or breaches of the law securely and confidentially.
In accordance with the German Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG), we have set up an internal reporting centre that you can contact confidentially. The purpose of this system is to uncover and remedy possible legal violations or serious breaches of the rules in our company at an early stage. We promote a transparent corporate culture of integrity and encourage you as an employee, partner or service provider to report any irregularities you observe without fear of retaliation. Whistleblowers are protected by law from reprisals and we treat every report in strict confidence.
How to contact our whistleblowing centre: You can send your information securely and easily by email to hinweisgeber@clarius-group.com or contact us by phone on +49 40 257 660 939. On request, we can also arrange a personal meeting with our compliance officer. Your identity will remain protected in any case – you can also submit your report anonymously if you wish.
Alternatively, you have the option of contacting an external reporting centre, e.g. the nationwide whistleblower office at the Federal Office of Justice. We assure you that we will examine every report in compliance with all data protection regulations (GDPR/BDSG) and process it confidentially and quickly.
